Jennifer decided to make the official move and become an accredited travel agent after doing it as a hobby and side-gig for more years than she can count! Everyone is always extremely impressed with her organizational skills, which is one of the best qualities one can have in this business!
Jennifer’s “home away from home” is Disneyland. She and her family are Disney addicts and proud of it! She had an annual pass for several years and has planned more vacations and itineraries there than she can possibly count.

Becoming a travel agent was an obvious move for Alicia. With a career background in small and large scale event planning, Alicia knew that she could combine her attention to detail and love for making people happy with her passion for travel to create exceptional experiences. A native of the Greater New Orleans area, Alicia spent her summers vacationing in the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. She has worked with Celebrity and Royal Carribean Cruise lines in Alaska, spending 5 months touring guests across the interior from Seward to Fairbanks, sharing history and facts along the way. After being a resident of Washington for 5 years, Alicia is currently living North of Dallas. She loves to explore the newest restaurants in the area and is thrilled to be living so close to Universal Studios’ newest (in-the-works) theme park.
Some fun facts about Alicia: She has rode and marched in several New Orleans parades. She has stood on the Four Corners more than once. She has been backstage at Broadway shows and performed at Disney. She went to 4 countries for her honeymoon. She has done more than 10 cross country road trips. She saw the Northern Lights while camping.

Susan finished college with a Travel and Tourism degree minoring in Geography. During that time Susan did an internship with a travel agency to learn about the travel field. After she obtained her degree, she went to Hyatt Vacations as a travel coordinator to help clients with air and land packages staying at Hyatt Resorts. After years at Hyatt Vacations, Susan moved on and coordinated US tour packages with Jones Coach Travel Motorcoach Tours. Along with coordinating the itineraries she was also the tour guide on the Motorcoach Tours. After moving out to Seattle, Susan became a real estate agent and has enjoyed that for over 10 years, but always missed being a travel agent. Susan loves to travel and has traveled extensively throughout Mexico, Caribbean, Latin America and US.
