How does this work?

We want this process to be SIMPLE and our goal is to provide you PERSONALIZED SERVICE and VALUE by making your dollar count in the ways most important to you. In order to accomplish this, here is our process.

  1. You fill out our quote request form after you've read the terms at the top of the form.
  2. We provide you a personalized itinerary with options, within 2 business days.
  3. You reply with any questions or modifications you may have.
  4. Once you pick your itinerary, you can make the agreed upon deposit using our home page or your client portal if you've set it up.
  5. Once deposit is made, your booking is created in our client portal, where you agreed to our terms and conditons.
  6. We ask that, from this point forward, action items, changes and questions come through the form of email for tracking purposes.
  7. Along the way, we will send you updates, tips & tricks and information for your particular destination via email. We ask that you do read all the emails that come from us as soon as possible, in case there are changes or time sensitive information in them.
  8. Once you have completed your final payment and all client tasks, your official travel documents will be sent to you, usually 15-30 days prior to travel. Your travel agent will usually provide a much more clear and visually stimulating itinerary as well, through our client portal system with our notes and instructions.  This will include things that were purchased seperately as well.
  9. Have an amazing vacation and let us know how it went when you get back.  We love shoutouts on Facebook, Instagram or even emails with pictures included.  If you are a friend of ours, we ask that you use our business names, not our personal accounts, just so people know that we are a credible business and not just a helpful friend with a hobby.
