1. Choose Your Travel Expert

Visit our Meet Our Team page to select the travel advisor whose expertise and style best match your destination and travel goals.

2. Reach Out

Use the email address or inquiry form on your advisor’s profile to introduce yourself and share your travel ideas. Not sure who to choose? You’re always welcome to email us using the link in the header, and we’ll guide you to the right advisor.

3. Receive Your Personalized Quote

Within approximately two business days (may be longer if your agent is actively traveling) your advisor will send a custom quote with thoughtfully selected options based on your preferences, budget, and priorities.

4. Review & Refine

Have questions or want to make adjustments? This is your opportunity to fine-tune the details until everything feels just right.

5. Secure Your Booking

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll review and sign our agency’s terms & conditions along with the travel supplier’s terms, then submit your deposit to secure your reservation.

6. Access Your Client Portal

After your deposit is received, your trip will be added to our secure client portal, giving you easy access to important details all in one place.

7. Ongoing Communication & Updates

From this point forward, we ask that all communication take place via email. This helps us track every detail accurately and ensures nothing is missed. We’ll send important updates, destination tips, and time-sensitive reminders—please review these promptly.

8. Final Travel Documents

Once your final payment and any remaining client tasks are complete, you’ll receive your official travel documents—typically at least 14 days prior to departure. If it's a cruise, "travel documents" might be housed solely on their app. If applicable to your specific trip, your advisor will also provide a beautifully organized itinerary with helpful notes, reminders, and details for any additional experiences you’ve booked.

9. Bon Voyage & Welcome Home

Enjoy your trip! We love seeing our clients travel—feel free to tag us on Instagram or Facebook, or send us a text or email with photos. If we’re personal friends, we kindly ask that you tag our business pages so others know you worked with a professional travel agency. Reviews are always appreciated as well.
